Description

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

Perform basic network troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity issues, IP configuration, router / modem resets).

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or network administrators.

Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Assist with onboarding / offboarding of employees (account setup, device configuration).

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.

Support remote users with VPN and connectivity issues.

Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Qualifications -

High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) a plus.

1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).

Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
