Dixon Quick Coupling , a proud division of The Dixon Group is seeking an experienced 1st shift Assembly Supervisor to lead the daily activities of our assembly department. In this role, you will be a critical leader responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. You will be a hands-on coach, training new and existing employees, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will be the key to your team's success, helping to plan and assign work, solve problems, and champion our company policies and values.
