Job Responsibilities

• Prepares dining room for patrons by setting tables
• Stocks all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
• Maintains dining room by resetting tables accordingly
• Refills water glasses, bread, and coffee service
• Supports wait staff by clearing a course properly
• Retrieves any supplies wait staff may require
• Maintains a clean and sanitary bussing station

Qualifications

Must have prior fine dining experience.
