Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,234 per week in Odessa, TX

Provide direct patient care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU. Perform advanced assessments, interpret cardiac monitoring, and manage ventilators. Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-saving interventions as ordered. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor, document, and promptly respond to changes in patient condition. Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and recovery processes. Support other units (MS / Tele, ER) as needed to ensure safe patient care across the hospital.
