Essential Functions
- Ensures that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to market ready status in a timely manner and according to the Property Manager’s timetable.
- Routinely replaces and / or repairs light fixtures, ceiling fans, window screens, window latches, sliding glass doors, baseboards, mirrors, appliances, mini blinds, tiles, flooring, A / C filters, sinks, bathtubs, toilets, light bulbs, locks, keys and any other item in the vacant apartment.
- Maintains accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, expenditures, apartment make-ready status, work in progress, etc.
- Assists with various maintenance requests, picking up litter throughout the property and trash removal from vacant units.
- Helps clean and maintain storage areas and maintenance shop.
- Adheres to safety procedures and protocols established by governmental agencies such as OSHA.
- Performs any additional duties or tasks as assigned by Maintenance, Assistant Manager, Property Manager or the Reginal Portfolio Director.
- Must be able to apply principles of logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may occasionally involve minor deviations.
Needs ability to think rationally beyond a specific set of instructions.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
