Senior Counsel, M&A

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, M&A and Securities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic counsel for global acquisitions and investments

Collaborate with legal and business development teams on M&A and finance transactions

Assist with compliance to federal securities laws and corporate regulations

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree and U.S. bar admission

At least 8 years of related law firm or in-house experience

Experience drafting and negotiating M&A transaction documents

Familiarity with Delaware corporate law and securities law compliance

Knowledge of REIT regulations
