Oral Surgeon

We are a high-performing, boutique oral surgery practice in Wilmington, NC, seeking a passionate and skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team!

Our well-established, fully staffed, and independently owned practice generates  $2M+ annually  with a loyal patient base and strong referral relationships. We are primarily  fee-for-service (FFS)  with select PPOs – no Medicaid or HMOs.

This is a  turnkey opportunity  to step into a busy practice with a clear  path to partnership , all while living in one of the most desirable coastal cities in the Southeast.

Qualifications :

DDS / DMD & completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral Surgeon

North Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain)

Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Strong interest in long-term growth and leadership

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Base Pay : $850,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year

Expected hours : 25 – 30 per week
