Full-time General Surgery Practice

This position is being vacated by a physician, who is relocating after six years of service to be closer to his aging parents and to support his children who are off to college. He leaves behind a very busy practice, as well as his colleagues. DaVinci Xi is available. The compensation structure, combining a base salary plus productivity bonuses at current volumes, makes this an extremely attractive financial opportunity.

• Base Salary : $475,000
• Incentive Productivity Bonus available of $70 per wRVU for everything over 6785 wRVUs
• $40,000 practice commencement and moving bonus
• $5,000 per year for CME
• $5,000 per year in bonuses for quality metrics.
• 5 days of CME time per year
• 4 weeks of PTO
