Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture
Partner with leadership to integrate culture, systems, and strategy across the organization
Assess and improve operational systems for efficiency and alignment with organizational values
Required Qualifications
Leadership experience in culture-building and organizational development within a nonprofit
Experience in leading organizational change and embedding equity-minded practices
Background in human resources, finance, or operational management
Proven ability to use data for continuous improvement in organizational health
Strong facilitation skills and experience with diverse groups and perspectives
