Youth Program Specialist - Lakewood

At Soar Autism Center , we're on a mission to support children with autism by providing compassionate, play-based therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a Youth Program Specialist , you'll work directly with children between the ages of 2 and 6 who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll be part of an interdisciplinary care team, supporting therapeutic activities designed by clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. This is an entry-level position, and no prior certifications are required-we'll provide all the training and ongoing support you need.

Who Should Apply?

This role could be a great fit if you :

• Are a recent college graduate in psychology, child development, education, or a related field and are looking to build hands-on experience
• Have previous experience working with kids-whether as a preschool teacher, youth mentor, camp counselor, childcare worker, or similar
• Have a background in healthcare roles that involve children or behavioral support (like a behavioral tech or child life specialist)
• Are exploring a career change into mission-driven work that supports families and young children
