What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor the environment for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Support access control measures by observing entrances and exits as required by site procedures.

Assist with emergency response activities according to established protocols at the location.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site policies.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
