Summary Statement
As a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) I, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with visual impairments to achieve meaningful employment. In this entry-level professional position, you will provide personalized counseling and guidance, helping clients identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and create individualized employment plans. You'll coordinate training and support services while collaborating with employers, educators, service providers, and community partners to foster successful career outcomes.
