Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is mandatory at the time of employment.
- At least four years of experience in data analysis within a professional office environment.
- Skilled in database applications such as Snowflake, SQL Server, or Redshift.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Exceptional skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.).
- Proficient in open-source programming languages like Python and R.
- Familiarity with API interactions.
Responsibilities :
Conduct intricate data analysis and generate reports to support the leadership, staff, and members of the Association.Collect requirements from stakeholders and enhance analyses with additional insights.Create, prepare, and deliver specialized reports and dashboards to Association members to further their work at various levels.Analyze data and produce various reports reflecting solutions / recommendations for anticipated and unanticipated fluctuations.Support the monthly data collection process and address data inquiries as needed.Perform routine data validation and integrity checks to ensure data reliability and accuracy.Design new dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate and clarify data insights.Investigate new data sources and healthcare trends to enhance reporting capabilities.Develop suitable methodologies for data collection, analysis, and presentation.Query and structure data for integration into Tableau dashboards.Suggest enhancements to optimize data structures within Snowflake.Create educational resources and provide training on data understanding and analysis for individuals and groups.Engage with members and staff through targeted communications and training sessions to boost the use of dashboards and reports.Conduct project reviews as necessary to assess quality, efficiency, and compliance.Offer guidance to data analysts on their initiatives as directed by the Senior Director.Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting as needed.Manage routine maintenance of DASH, including updates and troubleshooting.Identify performance improvement opportunities through data analysis and mitigate potential risks affecting members.Propose innovative ideas and processes for enhancing existing systems.Perform any other duties as assigned.Technologies :
