Seven Healthcare is seeking a Travel MedSurg RN for an assignment in Hermitage, TN. This role offers three 12-hour day shifts per week (36 hours) with a weekly pay rate of $1,900.

Key Responsibilities of the MedSurg Travel Nurse

Provide direct care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and post-surgical needs.

Assess conditions, create care plans, and monitor patient progress.

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and safety.

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Educate patients and families about diagnoses, care expectations, and discharge instructions.

Manage multiple patients efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Document all care accurately and in accordance with facility guidelines.

Promote patient safety and deliver evidence-based nursing care.

Requirements for the MedSurg Role

Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility.

Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of recent MedSurg experience.

Strong communication, assessment, and clinical-decision skills.
