Landscape Business Developer

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new client opportunities across all service divisions : landscape design / build, maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and specialty services. This role builds relationships with property owners, managers, builders, developers, and other key decision-makers to create a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and relationship builder who thrives on making connections and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Relationship Building

• Identify, research, and develop new client relationships in target markets
• Network with property managers, general contractors, developers, architects, and high-end homeowners
• Represent the company at local events, trade shows, industry associations, and community gatherings
• Build and maintain a referral network through partnerships and trust-based selling
