Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-precision machining, is seeking a CN C  Programmer Technician to join their team. As a CN C  Programmer Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting CNC programming and production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.  This is a direct hire opportunity.

Job Title : CN C  Programmer Technician

Location : Saxonburg, PA

Pay Range : $70K-$90K

Shift : 1st Shift - 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm (Flexible)

What's the Job?

• Generate CNC programs using Mastercam software to meet customer specifications
• Develop and optimize machining processes, including fixturing, tooling, and strategy
• Incorporate design changes and technical improvements to enhance manufacturability
• Collaborate with Quality and Machining departments to monitor output quality and identify process improvements
• Design and build fixtures, and provide best practices for tooling and fixturing to maximize production efficiency
