REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5+ YOE as an Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician.
Experience with troubleshooting & providing preventative maintenance to Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Wastewater / Process Water systems.
Experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Strong Understanding of PPE and Safety protocol
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience working with Compressors (Helium), Ultrasonic Equipment, Water treatment Equipment
JOB DESCRIPTION
A company in Chandler, AZ is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the company’s facilities. This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to support manufacturing and office operations. This will include but is not limited to, inspecting, troubleshooting , repairing, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing / wastewater, and mechanical infrastructure, while supporting upgrades and safety compliance. This position will be on 2nd shift (3 : 30pm -12am) M-F, Onsite. This role is looking to pay between $26 - $32 / hr based on relevant years of experience, education level and additional certifications. This is a full time direct hire / permanent role.
