We're seeking a seasoned Retirement Plans Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our retirement benefits strategy.

This position supports the administration of complex retirement plans, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, and provides strategic guidance to employees navigating their retirement options. Your work will directly impact our ability to recruit, retain, and empower top talentmaking a meaningful contribution to the organization's long-term success.

Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS), PHR, or SPHR certifications preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

Plan Administration & Compliance

• Administer and oversee retirement plans including 401(k), and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
• Ensure plans comply with ERISA, IRS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and prepare compliance reports.
• Investigate and resolve any weekly file feed issues or bi-weekly payroll issues that may arise.
