As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proven Sales Development Representative (SDR / BDR) to join our growing team. This role is designed for a self-starter, someone experienced, disciplined, and confident in outbound sales who can hit the ground running.
About the Role :
As an SDR at Ikon, you’ll be responsible for owning the top of the sales funnel — identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through strategic outbound prospecting. You’ll collaborate closely with our VP of Sales to build and refine our outbound systems, improve messaging, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads into the pipeline.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who knows how to prospect, book meetings, and consistently generate opportunities. A seasoned professional that understands how to put points on the board and make an immediate impact with pipeline generation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute consistent outbound prospecting efforts (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.) to generate qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Own the top-of-funnel process, managing outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing to maintain an active pipeline.
- Identify and source new leads using affiliate networks, Amazon lead databases, and other internal / external tools.
- Continuously populate and maintain accurate data in Salesforce, categorizing prospects by tier, vertical, and opportunity size.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to optimize outbound systems, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Consistently hit or exceed outreach, meeting, and pipeline generation targets.
Qualifications & Requirements :
2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales rep with proven success in outbound prospecting. Huge plus if you have worked in affiliate marketing or the agency space.Demonstrated track record of booking qualified meetings and exceeding pipeline goals.Strong communication skills — confident, concise, and engaging in written and verbal outreach.Highly organized with experience using Salesforce and sales enablement tools such as Salesloft, Seamless, Hunter, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment.Bonus : Familiarity with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce industries.Compensation & Benefits :
