Job Summary

Responsible for supporting ISC’s newly established Wholesale Broking Division by providing technical expertise and administrative services related to account placement and client service activities, with a focus on casualty and construction accounts.

Position Responsibilities

• Communicate with retail agency personnel and underwriters to ensure accurate account information.
• Prepare and handle existing renewal accounts.
• Solicit new business from retail clients.
• Input and update current client information in required systems.
• Manage up to 40 accounts weekly, with premiums ranging from $2,500 to $100k.
• Prepare market submissions and quote cover letters to agents. Review policies and documents for accuracy.
• Assist with account transactions, processing, and document preparation (endorsements, change forms, invoices, etc.).
• Negotiate with carrier relationships, welcoming existing relationships.
• Resolve invoicing issues with Premium Accounting.
• Coordinate with Premium Accounting on notices of cancellation.
• Ensure claim notifications are sent to the claims department.
• Perform basic office duties : filing, copying, printing, maintaining files.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Additional compensation details include a bonus, with a starting annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, plus comprehensive benefits.
