Millwork and Stair Estimator / Pricing Specialist

SUMMARY : As the Premier Stair and Door Estimator you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs associated with millwork and stairs for residential construction projects. This includes analyzing project specifications, conducting material takeoffs, obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and preparing detailed cost estimates. The Estimator collaborates with customers, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that budgets are realistic and meet project requirements

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :

• Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentations to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
• Manage material takeoffs to quantify the amount of materials required for construction, including but not limited to interior and exterior doors, millwork and stair parts
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services based on project requirements and current market rates.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services.
