Pay Rate :  $28 / hr-$32 / hr

Shift Hours :   M-F - 8 : 30AM-5PM

Job Duties for Referral Coordinator :

2+ years' of experience

Process incoming / outgoing referrals, obtain prior authorizations, verification of patient insurance

High School Diploma is required Referral Bonus :
