HR Analyst
Eurest Location : HYBRID (AUSTIN, NASHVILLE, SEATTLE) Salary : $85000-$92000 (to commensurate with experience) + bonus eligible
The HR Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, process enablement, and stakeholder collaboration to empower Compass One business teams. A key portion of this role will be managing and evolving the onboarding / offboarding process, leading client compliance audits, and ensuring consistent delivery of assigned KPIs. The ideal candidate is both analytical and operational someone who thrives on improving efficiency, leveraging technology, and partnering cross-functionally to elevate service delivery through process optimization and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or systems and reporting. Must be proficient with Excel spreadsheets and formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP), and project management software (e.g. Smartsheet). Self-starter with strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to details. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and improve HR processes and workflows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly. Experience managing large datasets and creating data-driven reports. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate across departments and influence outcomes. Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Data & Analytics or related field.
