Job Description :

Baked Beans Farm seeks dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cannabis Technicians. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production and cleaning processes, ensuring the quality and safety of our products while maintaining a clean and efficient working environment

Responsibilities :

• Operate production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist in the manufacturing of infused cannabis products, including gummies, chocolates, pre-rolls, concentrates, and vape carts
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to uphold a hygienic manufacturing facility
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold quality standards
• Assist in inventory management and organization of production materials
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to cannabis manufacturing

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. Employees are exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 or more pounds and regularly move up to 40 pounds. Must be able to use their hands to finger to perceive attributes of objects and materials such as size, shape, temperature, or texture, by touching with fingertips.
