An ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy administration is seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant with a strong background in ABA administration.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an ABA therapy setting, ole requires an individual who is detail-oriented, familiar with ABA-specific documentation and scheduling, and capable of supporting the team of therapists and families with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule therapy sessions for clients, including therapist availability, cancellations, and rescheduling, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Maintain and update client files, therapy progress notes, and other confidential documents in compliance with HIPAA and ABA industry standards.
- Assist with insurance verification, billing, and processing claims. Work with families and insurance providers to resolve any issues related to coverage and payments.
- Act as a liaison between therapists, clients, and families, answering inquiries, providing necessary information, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
