GKN Aerospace Global Graduate Program (Manufacturing Engineer)

Job Summary

Our Global Graduate Program gives you a unique introduction to GKN Aerospace, allowing you to drive your own career goals and interests. You will participate as a member with an established global team of graduates within our businesses that play a vital part in our future talent planning process. Our graduates support our three business lines (Defense, Civil, & Engines) as well as our global functions team.

We are looking for talented individuals with skills and passion to join our program and participate in a rotational program over 24 months, being involved in and leading real-life operations & strategic projects in efforts of gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, programs, operations, supply chain, procurement, and / or finance.

• Build relationships both with internal teams and our external partners / customers.
• Collaborate across functions, segments and teams to deliver excellence.
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems.
