Workday Integrations Specialist

One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Workday and Beeline Integration Specialist to join their team. As a Workday and Beeline Integration Specialist, they will be primarily responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations between Workday and Beeline platforms. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, maintaining integrations using various tools and APIs, and configuring systems to optimize performance. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring data consistency, and documenting technical details. They will provide regular status reports, work closely with internal teams to align integration solutions with business needs, and continuously improve by staying updated with the latest features and best practices.

This is going to be a Hybrid opportunity located at their Santa Clara, CA or FULLY REMOTE.

The Pay Range for this Role is based on years of experience, with a range of $66-$77 / hour.

Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar.

Knowledge of broader HRIS / ERP systems integration practices.

Familiarity with data security and privacy policies relevant to integrations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and SOC2.

Bachelors degree in IT, Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

3-5 years of experience integrating Workday with systems like Beeline.

Proficient in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP / REST), and Beeline APIs.

Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, SQL, and data flow management.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Strong project management abilities, handling multiple integration projects.
