Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal / Legal Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate litigation case management and stakeholder notifications
Manage incoming legal documents and maintain regulatory databases
Develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency within the legal team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of litigation paralegal experience required
Paralegal certification is a plus
Significant experience with litigation and commercial contract review
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Zoho, and DocuSign
