We're hiring a Project Coordinator to work closely with the President and senior office leadership on key operational initiatives. This is a great opportunity to leverage your existing experience in project management while helping an established insurance business modernize and expand.

You'll work directly with the Agency President and senior leadership to prioritize and complete tasks, coordinate initiatives, improve workflows, and help streamline how the agency serves clients. Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal projects relating to operations, marketing, and client service.
- Track task completion progress, maintain task boards, and manage timelines using project tools (primarily Microsoft suite of products).
- Facilitate short team check-ins and sprint-style progress reviews.
- Communicate updates and priorities clearly across departments and time zones.
- Support technology rollouts, automation projects, and workflow documentation.
- Identify challenges, suggest improvements, and help keep projects moving forward.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Strong organizational and coordination abilities.Foundational understanding of Agile, Scrum, or project management principles.Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.Comfortable working virtually across time zones (Central U.S. business hours).No other current employment commitmentsSeeking candidates from Philippines ONLYNice to Have
