We are seeking an experienced Commercial / Industrial Paint Estimator for one of our clients in North Carolina. This position is remote , with availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time zone. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial painting projects.
Responsibilities :
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope
- Perform material takeoffs and labor estimates
- Prepare and submit competitive bids within deadlines
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify details
- Maintain detailed records of bids and pricing
