SUMMARY : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drafting Supervisor to join our team. The Drafting Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of the drafting department, ensuring that projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervision and Leadership : Provide leadership and guidance to the drafting team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring that all team members are performing at their best.
• Project Management : Oversee all drafting projects from start to finish, including coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
• Quality Control : Review and approve drafts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards and project requirements.
• Training and Development : Mentor and train drafting team members to improve their skills and knowledge and provide ongoing feedback and support for professional growth.
