Project / Program Manager IV

The Project / Program Manager IV is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. This role oversees all aspects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of the project / program. The position requires the preparation of reports for upper management regarding the status of the project / program. A bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area are required. Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. Extensive experience and judgment are relied upon to plan and accomplish goals, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete assigned projects / programs.
• Oversee all aspects of projects / programs, setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.
• Monitor and summarize project / program progress.
• Prepare status reports for upper management.
• Lead and direct the work of others.
• Collaborate with other teams, project coordinators, and manage budgets and scheduling.
• Ensure proper installation focused on automation and MHE equipment.
• Hold vendors accountable and manage vendor communication.
• Identify and address gaps in standards.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously within operational warehouses.

Work Environment

This role requires 100% travel to work site locations. The candidate will work with a regional team to complete multiple automation installation projects. The environment involves heavy tracking, project management, technology utilization, and communication.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of March Air Reserve Base, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00 / hr.
