JOB SUMMARY :

The Plant Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient environment within a mining operation in order to maximize the production of quality aggregates for the various end users.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Provide oversight and constructive feedback to the mining & processing teams.
• Ensuring workplace safety and environmental compliance standards are exceeded, including housekeeping for entire operation.
• Ensuring quality standards of finished products are consistently met.
• Timely and accurate production and key metrics reporting; all prescribed administrative processes are being followed
• Maintaining appropriate and accurate inventories.
• Timely ordering of parts and supplies.
