Basic Purpose : Provides professional assistance to customers by handling inquiries across all communication channels, resolving problems, and guiding them in the effective use of banking and digital products. Proactively identifies opportunities to recommend additional products and services that best meet customer needs. Represents the Bank with professionalism and care, building and strengthening relationships while enhancing the Banks image and contributing to growth.
