Job Description :

The Skilled Nursing Facility Marketer is responsible for establishing / maintaining strong relationships with patient referral sources to create a steady stream of patient referrals :

• This is primarily an outside sales / marketing position, but also requires regular electronic communication with prospective / existing customers
• Visit hospitals, physician offices, other facilities that refer geriatric patients
• Call on discharge planners, physicians, etc.
• Provide innovative marketing / activities ideas to increase community interest / involvement in our facility
