Summary : A Production Manager at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Production team supporting efforts to ensure smooth and efficient operations of all production processes while ensuring team member safety and product quality. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing schedules, and identifying and resolving challenges and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a problem-solver, and an excellent communicator.

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood :
Required : High School Diploma or GED Three years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred : Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university LEAN / Six Sigma Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) Knowledge of HACCP, SOP's and COOL Act ERP / AS400 Knowledge

Salary Range : $85,000 to $105,000. Total Compensation : At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
