  • Location : Fort Worth, TX 76177 (Texas nursing jobs)\n
  • Unit : Med / Surg (3W), 12-bed hospital unit\n
  • Shift : Night shift, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour shifts)\n
  • Schedule : Every other weekend required\n
  • Contract Duration : 13-week healthcare contract (Start : 12 / 9 / 2025 – End : 3 / 10 / 2026)\n
  • Estimated Weekly Hours : 36 hours\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1260 - $1350\n
  • Dress Code : Royal Blue Scrubs\n
  • Electronic Medical Record : Meditech EMR\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas RN license preferred)\n
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required\n
  • Basic EKG interpretation skills\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg RN experience\n
  • Meditech EMR experience preferred\n
  • Ability to float to other Med / Surg departments as needed\n

    • \n\nMed / Surg RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to a 6 : 1 patient ratio\n
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including RNs, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs)\n
  • Participate in shift huddles and communicate effectively with team members\n
  • Accurately document patient care using Meditech EMR\n
  • Adhere to hospital unit policies, arrive on time for shifts, and follow call-in procedures\n
  • Float to other Med / Surg units as needed to support patient care\n
