Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to support its west coast sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize Encompass loan origination systems and automated underwriting systems for processing
Analyze loan packages for completeness and submit files to underwriting while maintaining compliance
Communicate effectively with Sales, Processing, and Underwriting teams to clear loan conditions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
4+ years of recent mortgage processing experience required
Recent Correspondent Lending experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with Encompass loan origination software
Experience managing a pipeline of 45+ Purchase & Refinance loans
