Bartender

We are looking for experienced bartenders that have excellent knowledge of the cocktails, guest relations, and zero pretension. This role will work both behind the bar as well as bar floor service as part of the service rotation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cocktails

• Master the cocktails on the menu and list of classic cocktails including a strong understanding about the products used.
• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, respecting our basic rules : perfectly measured, clean bar tools, swift response time. All while adhering to our principle of aiming to provide the best drinking experience without a hint of pretension.
• Think ahead on needs and communicate with the team.
• Participate in the creation of the cocktail for future menus.
• Assist in training and development of new team members.
• Act as a leader during service
