Security Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Security Support Specialist to enhance the daily operations of its IT infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operations support for cloud environments and related information security technology assets

Deploy endpoints to the remote workforce and assist with secure integration of cloud applications

Develop and maintain technical support resources and Service Level Agreements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience providing technical support in a dynamic organization

Experience supporting applications and IT infrastructure in a cloud-only environment

Familiarity with device management software and Google Workspace

Exposure to Microsoft Azure services and awareness of compliance frameworks

Foundational networking knowledge, including TCP / IP and firewalls
