Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are mandatory.

Experience in Pediatric ICU or Neonatal ICU is essential for consideration.
