Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed new business production goals and performance objectives.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, networking, and other lead sources.
- Prepare personalized insurance quotes, present coverage options clearly, and guide clients through the process.
- Build and maintain strong referral networks with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealerships, and other local professionals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products, including financial and life insurance solutions.
- Respond to client inquiries and phone messages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, rating systems, and compliance requirements.
- Stay informed about new products, policy changes, and industry trends.
- Actively prospect and generate new business through lead follow-up and relationship-building.
- Deliver accurate and timely insurance quotes with attention to detail.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients built on trust, reliability, and excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
- Utilize CRM systems, email, and other digital tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for personal and professional growth within the agency.
