About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the brand's launch and growth strategy. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement through a variety of marketing channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-launch and launch marketing for new openings, developing a scalable marketing playbook, and executing multi-channel campaigns. A key aspect of the role is to build and track full-funnel marketing metrics, testing and optimizing strategies for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. The Vice President of Marketing will also be instrumental in managing external agencies, growing an in-house marketing team, and ensuring that marketing efforts are in alignment with the overall customer experience and service delivery.
Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, with a focus on launching physical locations or experience-driven brands in relevant industries.
