Epic Ambulatory / Care Coordination Analyst

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an EpicCare Ambulatory / Care Coordination Analyst to join our team working on an Epic build for an Advanced Primary Care Management (Care Coordination) program You'll have the opportunity to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through your ability to drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems. Requirements

You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role

• Certifications
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification
• Experience
• 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Healthy Planet & Compass Rose : registries, metrics, episodes, and toolsets
• Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and custom rule / procedure builds
• Soft-Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
