Emergency Department Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced ED RN to join our Emergency Department team in a fast paced, high acuity environment. The ED RN provides rapid assessment, stabilization, and ongoing care for a diverse patient population across all age groups.

Responsibilities

Perform rapid triage and focused assessments for emergent and non emergent patients

Initiate and manage ED protocols including labs, imaging, IV access, medications, and fluids

Monitor and intervene for changes in patient condition, prioritizing care by acuity

Provide trauma, cardiac, neuro, respiratory, and medical emergency support as needed

Collaborate with providers, EMS, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe throughput

Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow up care

Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR

Requirements

Active RN license (state specific or compact)

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience in the same specialty

BLS required; ACLS required

Strong triage, critical thinking, and emergency response skills

Comfortable managing high patient volume, rapid turnover, and frequent interruptions

Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
