Job Title : HVAC Service Technician $28-40+ / hr hour

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in both or either commercial and residential settings.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience in commercial and residential settings.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and working with centrifugal chillers, split systems, boilers, pumps, air handler units, piping, heat exchangers, and associated equipment.
• Mastery of electron theory, understanding of how electricity travels, and knowledge of AC and DC currents, single phase and three phase circuits, and series and parallel circuits.
• Experience with commercial rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and building automation systems (BAS).
• Ability to braze copper and fuse plastic piping.
• EPA Universal Certification.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on, active role that involves working both indoors and outdoors. Technicians must be comfortable bending, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout their shift, as well as working on ladders, in semi-confined spaces, and lifting 50-75 lbs regularly. The role requires working on live, functioning client sites, both independently and as part of a team. Typical work hours range from 6-8 am start times, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $93600.00 / yr.
