Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Occupational Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel OT : Field position Central Valley / Stockton Territory Home Health Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday Home Health experience preferred CA license in hand preferred Oasis experience required- may consider candidates without Oasis if they have solid HH experience GWW hours are based on completed visits : 25 visits = 40 hours Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed COVID Exemptions permitted Mileage between patients- IRS Standard Please Note : Rate may change based on coverage territory and experience Accepting pending CA license.
