Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care and services. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Oversee infection control protocols to safeguard the health and safety of patients and staff.
• Monitor patient care activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in acute care settings.
• Conduct regular reviews of documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize data management techniques to analyze performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient monitoring processes and outcomes.
• Ensure that all practices align with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or acute care environments.

Strong knowledge of infection control practices, microbiology, and patient monitoring techniques.

Proficiency in data management and documentation review processes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff, patients, and families.

Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments is preferred.

A commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality patient care.

Relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare administration or related fields are advantageous.

MUST have hospital setting experience
