Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Engineering Manager to join our team supporting our Federal client in the Washington DC area! In this role you will get to lead a multi-disciplined engineering team providing onsite support at the client office.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Act as the Company representative with the client during the program execution.
• Assist client to determine specific engineering support requirements to execute expanding construction program including developing or reviewing :
• scope development, conceptual designs, design reviews, RFI reviews, Commissioning plans and activities
• participate in Charettes (reviewer / advisor on deliverables)
• review DD1391s and other scope documents / deliverables that establish the client facility needs
• develop and reviewing cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments
• review Design Documents and construction SOWs prepared by AE firms (Design Review)
• perform constructability reviews
• establish Commissioning roadmap and plan for multi-year construction program, review KTR Cx plans, advise on Cx trends / lessons learned
• Monitor cost, schedule, and risk performance
• Mobilize company resources, through liaison with technical design teams in other offices, new hires or specialty subcontractors to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work

Salary Range : $144,800.00 - $260,600.00
