Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity estimates, pricing, and schedules for multiple projects.
• Visit job sites weekly to monitor progress, update schedules, and review costs with the Project Superintendent.
• Manage project profitability through regular cost reviews and proactive adjustments.
• Oversee awarded projects, ensuring safety compliance, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
• Handle change orders, subcontractor coordination, and vendor management.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all phases of project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in construction estimating and project management (or equivalent education/experience).
• Skills: Strong understanding of crew production, scheduling, and cost control.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for working with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with database software and project management tools.
