Job descriptionPrepare accurate quantity estimates, pricing, and schedules for multiple projects. Visit job sites weekly to monitor progress, update schedules, and review costs with the Project Superintendent. Manage project profitability through regular cost reviews and proactive adjustments. Oversee awarded projects, ensuring safety compliance, schedule adherence, and quality standards. Handle change orders, subcontractor coordination, and vendor management. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all phases of project delivery. Experience : 5+ years in construction estimating and project management (or equivalent education / experience). Skills : Strong understanding of crew production, scheduling, and cost control. Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills for working with clients, teams, and stakeholders. Tech Savvy : Comfortable with database software and project management tools. Leadership and teamwork mindset. Strong judgment and problem-solving ability. Adaptability in a changing work environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in varying outdoor conditions.
